Join me on a local trail or park for a walk or sit in nature while we work on your therapeutic goals. This is a standard 50 minute session. Outdoor sessions may not be appropriate for everyone and a virtual session is required to help determine this prior to meeting outdoors.

An extended session length of either 90 or 120 minutes for those wishing to dig deeper during a single session. Intensives can be conducted via telehealth or outdoor nature therapy session.
